I first became with familiar with L’Occitane products when my daughter worked in their Norfolk, Virginia store several years ago. She used to send me soaps and hand creme regularly when she worked there. When I was asked to review their Dry Skin Hand Cream with 20% Shea Butter I couldn’t wait for it to get here!

I have terribly dry skin in the winter, and it just gets worse the older I get. I absolutely love the way L’Occitane‘s hand cream makes my hands feel. In just minutes as I apply it, my hands seem to breathe a sigh of relief, and they stay smooth and silky feeling all day. This hand cream is not “heavy” on my skin, and it smells soooo good!
You can see the difference L’Occitane Hand Cream makes on my hands. These photos were taken about five minutes apart:

Besides the hand cream, my most loved product from L’Occitane is their Soap With Verbena Leaves. Besides being a pretty bar of soap, it also smells good, and lasts a long time.

You can purchase these and other L’Occitane products on their website, or find a boutique near you here.
