At my age, I didn’t think I would have much left on my “Bucket List”, or things that I want to do while I still have time on Earth. I have already accomplished so much! For instance, I had dreamed of being a park ranger for a long time, and much to my surprise, I was hired by the National Park Service after applying for 4 years in a row, to be a park ranger at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon! It was definitely a dream come true for me! That’s me in my ranger uniform!
When the folks at Bufferin asked me to make a new list of things I wanted to do, I was really surprised myself that I still have so many things I on my list!. Here is what I came up with for my new list:
- Go High! In a Hot Air Balloon
- Travel: Tour Australia
- Write a Book!
- Travel: Vegas,Baby!
- Finish Seth’s Quilt
- Read: More Books
- Travel: Calgary, Alberta
- Learn: To Make Cheese

One of the most damaging elements of hail storms is that they have the tendency to knock down tree branches onto your home. Any low-lying tree branches or other tree branches that look like they could break should be cut back and removed. Doing this regularly can help ensure that when a hailstorm does hit, you aren’t caught off guard and having to deal with tree branches that have needed to be cut falling onto your roof and causing damage. Because hail is denser than rain and lands with more force than rain, it is more likely to crack tree branches, making them fall. Getting rid of tree branches that could damage your home in the event of a hailstorm can greatly reduce your risk of incurring damages.
