    Hi gal Found something that might interest you. Have you heard of Bob's Red Mill. You can order online and they carry the gluten free stuff you need. I found it when I was looking at a blog and thought of you right away.

    What a funny story. Us kids do the damedest things. Becky probably thought she was doing a good thing by cleaning up.

    Antelope canyon was amazing! A little crowded on the 11:30 tour. Very easy walk and a ride like your sublime but on sand. Bring a pillow to sit on. LOL
