Oh, my goodness! If you have not ever tasted an Eli’s Cheesecake, you have no idea what you are missing!  They sent Fabgrandpa and me a Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, and I have to tell you, it was divine! The cheesecake was cut into 16 pieces, so we had it for dessert for 8 nights.  We could have frozen part of it save for later, but we chose not to.

In addition to being delicious to eat, it is pretty, too. Our cheesecake was cut into sixteen slices and was still pretty and intact when it arrived.
