I would share this with my daughter in law, my granddaughters have a lot of food problems and they use a lot of yogurt and I myself love Greek yogurt plain, but my daughter in law cooks with it and the like, Sounds like a very informative book.

I would keep this so I could invite my family over and feed them healthier food without them even knowing! I don’t like yogurt by itself, but I do like it in recipes.
