I was provided with a gift code to use to order product for this review from Proflowers.
Last week my daughter, Emily got really good news from her neurosurgeon: She is scheduled to have her crainoplasty surgery on May 6. That means they are going to operate to replace the part of her skull that was removed on Feburary 10 when she had the stroke.
To celebrate this majorly good news, I decided to use my gift code to send flowers to her, just because. When I went to the Proflowers website, there were so many choices it was really difficult to decide which one to send. I could even choose which vase I wanted to include!
This arrangement included 24 roses, a teddy bear, and a box of chocolates, but I thought that the teddy bear was not appropriate for the occasion.
The tulips are beautiful, but I think Emily is allergic to them, so I crossed the off the list too. But, I think anyone who loves tulips would appreciate getting them.
The arrangement I finally decided on, the Birthday Frills was a colorful bouquet of different kinds of flowers. I chose a pink vase to make it even more cheerful. I added on a box of chocolates, because, well, EVERYONE loves chocolate, right?
This bouquet includes:
- 3 Green Fuji Mums
- 3 Pink Alstroemeria (multiple blooms per stem)
- 3 Pale Pink Roses
- 2 Dark Pink Roses
- 3 Ruscus
I was very impressed with the delivery of these flowers. I ordered them online on Thursday afternoon, and they were delivered on Friday just after noon. When they arrived, the arrangement looked like this:
I haven’t seen them in person, but they look very close to what was advertised on the Proflowers site. The flowers are still somewhat closed up so I think she will be able to enjoy this arrangement for many days as the blooms open up.
You can find coupon codes for your Pro Flowers order here, or just google “Pro Flowers Discounts“. Which bouquet do you like best?
