Fabgrandpa were poking around a large junk store in Bremen, Georgia a couple of weeks ago. We were on my home from my doctor’s appointment, and it is right on the way. I found this beautiful brass lamp for only $8. The shade added another $2 to the price of it. I have seen lamps similar to this one new advertised for $125, so I think I got a really good deal!
The lamp shade is stained and dirty, so I have a DIY project coming up to recover it. It looks like it would be pretty easy to do, and won’t cost very much to update this shade. We’ll see.
