I have been getting these delicious Udi’s pizza crusts at the grocery store for a couple of months now. They are really good! A lot of the time I just cook one and use it as bread sticks, but today I made a pizza for lunch.
I started this off with some pesto that I bought at the grocery store, just spread it around on the frozen crust. Then I cut up some cherry tomatoes, some roasted garlic and olives (from the olive bar at the deli) and some fresh mozzarella cheese. After everything was on the crust, I put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Talk about YUM!

This has got to be one of the most delicious looking homemade pizza’s I have seen! YUMMY. Does the crust come out crunchy or is it chewy after being baked?

I am going to have to try that. I have been using Udi’s bread for the past 3 weeks and really like the taste and texture of it. I feel 100% better for being more aware of what I have been eating.
