I told we know how to party like it’s 1999 at the Grand Canyon. This particular party was the end of season get together for my work mates: We had gluten free spaghetti, gluten free pumpkin pie, and gluten free cherry cobbler, along with a lot of other stuff. It is always a good time, but with a bit of sadness there, knowing that we’ll be leaving soon and won’t be seeing these great people for at least 6 months.
As usual, that pumpkin pie disappeared in minutes!
Nancy says, “I’m so full!” There’s usually no gluten free dessert so we sorta over did it.
It was all fun, food, fun, good friends, co-workers, and more food. I am going to miss all these guys and gals!

It is hard to leave a place when we’ve been there for any length of time and made friends, but I am sure it is harder when you are working with these great people; you must become so close.
Safe travels when you get on the road.
