Sunset over the MIssissippi River

Here I am again, with a vlog playing along with Jennifer from Eighty MPH Mom in her Monday Mingle. She asked these three questions:

1. Have your kids brought home any colds/flus from school yet to share with the family? If you don’t have kids, have you been sick recently?
2. What is something that you are obsessive about at home (cleaning, order, etc.)?
3. What is the best Halloween costume YOU have ever worn?

I tried to stay on target with my answers this week, even writing down the questions before I started. I really hope you enjoy this week’s hop, and join in if  you want! If you have never done a vlog before, it is not that hard! I only had to start over six times!

I never make my bed and it drives my husband insane! And of course now I am going to be laying in bed wondering if spiders are crawling on me.

Even though the thought of a car accident isn’t good I can’t get out of my mind what that person must have been thinking when they saw the grim reaper looking in. 😉

    Watch out for spiders.

Karen!!! First of all, I am laughing so hard at the Grim Reaper thing. OMG…can you imagine?

Second – I do believe that is the most gorgeous background I have ever seen in a mingle…absolutely stunning!

I agree with you on the spiders. I do a thorough bed check each night before I hop in. I never get in without looking first 🙂

I can’t believe this is your first vlog…you did a great job!

I am so happy you joined in Monday Mingle, and I hope you will mingle again – thanks!

I’m also afraid of spiders but still don’t make my bed. Living here in Alabama I’ve had those red fire ants in my bed and nothing will keep them out.

The Grimm Reaper was great. I could imagine the thoughts going through that guys mind when he saw you.

Very good! I’d not heard of Monday Mingle before. Your voice sounds so nice! That’s a funny story about your grim reaper costume!

Fried chicken livers. Ick! Just joking. Fab Grandpa. I love it.
I am actually fanatical about making my bed too, but not because of spiders. Ha! What a great costume. That is awesome! I think my mother would have run screaming from the accident if she had seen the grim reaper looking in. Too funny! Well Karen , nice to meet you.

I know I will totally do an actual vlog next week, but this week seriously I did the questions last week so it was all messed up. And I hear what you are saying about the video uploading too slow. Always too slow. In fact all my devices but my iphone do everything too slow. Hate that!

    Beautiful background!!

Oh…suffered in silence. I hope they were worth it!
That makes sense. Eep! I’d make the bed up too if that’d help keep the spiders out. 😉
    Oh my gosh! That’d be a sight… Hilarious! I can just imagine…
    Have a great week!

I am laughing so hard at your Halloween costume story!! That is priceless!!!
This reminds me of something that happened in Portland last year: http://www.kgw.com/news/Car-accident-victims-dressed-like-zombies-confuse-crash-witnesses-98157894.html
Even more confusing to responders because it was in the middle of summer!

And what a gorgeous place to shoot a video, by the way!
