I’m sure you remember the sad, sad story of my Big White Bowl. I was really missing it, because I didn’t have another bowl big enough for mixing things like that gluten free brownie mix. I bought the mix about three weeks ago–it has been sitting there in the cupboard since then.

This morning, I received a package in the mail from my sister. I have to say, I am so happy first that she thought of me, and second that she sent me this bowl. I live in a very remote area, and have been to all the stores and thrift shops in town and there was just no bowl to buy, anywhere. Now I can make those brownies, probably tomorrow. Thank you, my seester!

All right, a bowl to replace the Big White Bowl. How nice of your seester to send it to you. I haven't seen anything at the thrift stores either. Enjoy the brownies.

I'm so jealous – I always wanted a sister and my parents would never cooperate. Just gave me two bratty brothers who haven't really changed! What kind of bowl is it – it looks pretty, I only have those metal bowls and they aren't!
p.s. Katy's started at Round Top last night and LOVED it! I am so jealous of her too. Oh my, I think I had better work on these green eyes. My mantra will be: I am content in whatever circumstances, I am content in whatever circumstances….

My Seester, I am so glad you like the "Big Green Bowl". I wish I could have had one of those brownies with you..maybe one day when y'all come back this way, we can share a brownie or two with a big glass of cold milk.

Cheryl, Karen and I know ALL about those bratty boys, only we call ours "Prodigals" LOL & you don't have to adjust your eyes for the bowl…it's green you know 😉
