I went to the chiropractor again yesterday, and while I DO feel better in my neck and shoulders, and DO agree that the visits to him did me some good, I STILL have that pesky lump and pain in my left arm. Granted, it does not seem to be as big as it was or hurt as much as it did before, but that could also be because I am not using that arm as much, and because Lynda, Charlie, and FabGrandpa are not letting my drag trees around anymore.
So, today after breakfast we went over to the lab where I got the ultrasound done, and requested a copy of my ultrasound pictures. I am posting them here so that you can see what I am talking about. The problem is in my left arm, and the report from the radiologist said that “the left arm was more globular than the right arm.” But to me, there does not seem to be ANY glob of any type in the right arm. What do you think?

I have no idea what globular means. Sounds round though. 😉 Anyway, I’m glad it isn’t causing you so much pain and that your loved ones aren’t letting you overdo it. Stay well. Keep us posted.

Yeah, I don’t see it. Then again, I didn’t pay a kajillion dollars to learn how to read x-rays in college either. Good luck, and I hope everything is taken care of soon!

I can’t read scans if my life depended on it! I had a couple when I was pregnant, I never saw more than cloud formations,, lol. Now you have the results from the lab, is there any kind of timeline before the next step? I am glad you are getting some relief with the chiropractor!

Seems like you already knew there was a bump in the left arm. I can’t make anything of the pics.
I only went to a chiropractor a few times in my life. And although he made me feel better it didn’t last. Yet I gave him a try a couple times a week for two months.
Good luck. Hope this thing can be either figured out, or just go away.

Nope. No glob in the right arm.

I think globular comes from the word globe, not glob. Of course, I’m no radiologist, but in the picture of the left arm, I see an oval, spiral-ish pattern. Spiral-ish…now there’s a technical term for you.
