Sewing is one of the things I love to do–I spent all day yesterday making these little bags. I piece the outside, then layer it with batting and a lining, add a zipper. They are very useful for things like cosmetics, pencils, gadgets, toiletries. The smaller brown one in the front is a special request for a medicine bag.
I created a little shop to sell them in, so if you look up to the menu bar above, you’ll see a link for it. Right now, these bags are $8, shipping included, but I can only ship in the United States. Come back often to look, you never know what I’ll be making next!

Yay! I was waiting for you to open a little shop. You’re talent is far too wonderful not to share it with others! 🙂

Mornin gal. Well hubby is up in Birmingham now. Got your email and I am going to try to get up there.
Have been off line for a little while and so today I am trying to read thru your new blog. Looks great by the way.
Your bags are cute. Should take some pictures of what I have done to show you.
Going thru I saw where you went to the quilt shop and got a jelly roll and charm packs. I absolutely love them. There is a little quilt shop here in Ozark that carries a large line of them. It is so expensive for me when I go. I have to make sure money is in the bank. I have done the just hand over the debit card thing too. Great fun but can do some damage to the checking account.
Hope to see you soon and will bring some stuff I am working on to show you.
