Just wanted to give a heads up to my gluten free friends out there. I was in a nearby town the other day, and as I frequently do, I stopped in at the grocery store to see what, if any, gluten free products they might have. This was the Publix store on Highway 5 in Douglasville, Georgia. They had some packages of these gluten free flour tortillas made by Goodbye Gluten.
When I picked up the package it was very pliable, much like regular wheat flour tortillas. Most of the so called “flour tortillas” that I have found that are gluten free are so tough you can’t bite them, and they are sort of “non-bendy” in the package. So, I bought a pack of them and took them home.
The next day, I made breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and cheese. And by golly, they were delicious! Just like a flour tortilla. They were so good, that my non-gluten free tester, Fabgrandpa, asked me to make some more breakfast burritos the next day. I am going to be asking my Ingles store in Bremen to order them. I want more! I can’t wait to get some because I have so many recipe ideas for them!
I was not compensated in any way for this review. I bought this product and loved it.

It’s funny that you posted this. I was just talking to my husband yesterday about wraps. He used to buy breakfast burritos that were filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. I told him we could make our own – and a healthier version – with wraps, egg whites, turkey bacon and low-cal cheese.
I’ll have to keep an eye out for these wraps. I haven’t seen them in the store. I’ll have to check out their site and see if they sell them in the New York area.
Thanks for the review.

See I need stuff that is already pre-made but is delicious for me. I don’t have the patience to be making everything by hand all the time! I’m going to see if I can get these in my area. 🙂
