I had to go to the doctor again today in Marion, Alabama. It was just a follow-up to the visit last week. On the way through town, there was a sign in the window of the Old Marion Bank Building, offering it for sale. This gorgeous building, on the square in Marion, is for sale for $259,500. I am in love with this building:
The downstairs is perfect for a retail space. I could have a fabric/quilt shop, with space for classes or quilting retreats. There are office spaces that would make perfect little shops for other crafters. And a friend of mine suggested a crafting “school” where I could invite other artists to come and teach their art: spinning yarn, machine embroidery, long arm quilting, weaving, smocking, heirloom sewing to name a few. Yes, I have been dreaming all afternoon and evening! Sigh. I need an anonymous benefactor. Or a Sugar Daddy.

Very cool looking place. Love all the Big windows that would bring in Lots of light. Thinking of settling down? Oh yea, you need a Sugar Daddy first.

Let me know if your plea for one works i’ll try something like that. lol You are so right this would be perfect, then in a perfect world…DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY YEARS IT WOULD TAKE RETURN ON INVESTMENT TO PAY OFF? Sorry I got a little husband like, I was told that lately and just thought I’d share. Really from one Bed and Breakfast owner to you, it is fun I love it. I so wish you could make it happen.
