Yes, it’s true. I am going to be a grandmother again. This time, Becca is the new mommy-to-be. She and Ken are expecting their first child in November. We are soooo happy and excited for them.

The funny thing is, the day after she told me she was pregnant, I went to the store and saw this magazine, and just knew it would be the perfect quilt. When I saw her at Becky’s wedding and told her about it, she said she had bought the same magazine! Perfect!

Congrats! Babies are wonderful. I am going to be an auntie for the first time after years of thinking I never would have that chance (Sis was told she would never have children) but she is only 6 weeks and has been told it will be a high risk pregnancy due to her weight and health. Keeping fingers crossed because just the pregnancy is a miracle in itself! I love that quilt, great choice!

What a cute owl pattern. My friend made quilts for both my grandchildren and they treasure them. I have my grandmother’s quilt and just got an aunt’s quilt. They last forever.
